“(Her story) was definitely nothing I had heard before,” Ann Tenbrusch, who works for Seger's management company, told MLive.com in Michigan. “I always want to try to help out with stories like that because Bob loves his fans. It’s such a cool story I just wanted to help out in any way I could.”
Branan suffered a massive stroke six years ago, and has been residing in at the Willowbrook Manor nursing home in Flint Township ever since.
She came out of the semi coma on May 7, 2011 uttering her impulsive wish to go see the 67-year-old Seger, a Michigan native and the creator of such classic hits as "Night Moves," "Ramblin’ Gamblin’ Man" and "Turn the Page."
